At krkmusic, we want to ensure your studio gear and audio equipment meet your professional standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your krkmusic account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
